Welcome to Citizens Advice in North & West Kent
Citizens Advice in North and West Kent (CANWK) offers free, independent, confidential and impartial advice; supporting a population of over 600,000 people across Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells.
We give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward, whoever they are and whatever their problem.
We offer advice on many different topics including benefits, debt and money matters, relationships, housing and employment. We also have a number of specialist projects that help with complex benefits problems, those facing homelessness, and people with immigration problems.
We have offices in each of our town centres, along with several outreaches, however our freephone Adviceline telephone service is the quickest and easiest way to access our advice, with face-to-face sessions saved for those clients or situations where it is needed.
