Our offices will be closed from 24 December 2025. A limited service will resume on 2 January 2026. Please note that only our telephone Adviceline will be open on 2 January 2026. Please note, our Meet & Greet team are not Advisers and cannot give advice.
They are there to support people to access our advice services in a way that they are comfortable. If appropriate, this may be making an appointment. They are also able to accept and make copies of documents for people in preparation for advice appointments.
