Our offices will be closed from 24 December 2025. A limited service will resume on 2 January 2026. Please note that only our telephone Adviceline will be open on 2 January 2026. They are there to support people in accessing our advice services in a way that they are comfortable with. If appropriate, this may be making an appointment. They are also able to accept and make copies of documents for people in preparation for advice appointments.
