Our volunteer adviser, John, completed the 100km Cotswold Way Challenge in the blistering heat this weekend. Many had to drop out due to heat exhaustion, sun stroke and dehydration but John managed to keep going and despite a recent knee injury. John said “that was one of the hardest things I have ever done.” John not only successfully completed the challenge but he has met 98% of his fundraising target.
