Our offices will be closed from 24 December 2025. A limited service will resume on 2 January 2026. Please note that only our telephone Adviceline will be open on 2 January 2026. Through our presence across North & West Kent, and our digital and telephone advice services, we help thousands of local people every year. Without support from our dedicated advisers – and our quality online advice content – many people wouldn’t receive the urgent help they need to find a way forward.
We’re seeking partners that have a long-term, strategic focus on solving the problems that people who come to us for help face. This provides a foundation for a productive and mutually beneficial working relationship that will have a real, positive impact on society.
